For maximum protection of your 4-stroke outboard, oil filters should be replaced every 100
hours and/or every 6 months with Genuine Nissan Oil Filters.
Replacement oil filters may be purchased through your local Nissan dealer.

 Our Side Mount and Binnacle Mount control boxes are designed to
provide remote throttle & shift control for Nissan outboards. Side Mount control
boxes come standard with all Nissan Marine remote control models. Binnacle Mount
(top mount) control boxes are available for console mounting.

Fuel tanks and fuel hoses/connectors are available. Fuel tanks are available in
26 liter (6.87 U.S. gallon) and 12 liter (3.1 U.S. gallon) sizes. Fuel tanks
come standard with the fuel gauge built-in to the fuel cap. |

 Safety
lanyard cords are designed to shut off your outboard in the event the operator falls
overboard (lanyard must be properly connected to both the outboard and the
operator). Without this important safety feature your outboard would continue to
run, without you at the controls. This item is necessary to start your outboard.
Replacement lanyard cords can be purchased through your local dealer.

Trim tabs and
sacrificial anodes are designed to help protect your outboard from corrosion in both fresh
and salt water. Anodes should be replaced when they are 2/3 eroded. |
 Water
pump kits are available for all models of Nissan outboards. Water pumps should be
replaced annually to ensure that your Nissan outboard remains in perfect running
condition. All water pump kits include impeller, gaskets, impeller key, bolts, and a
stainless steel water pump liner to help prevent corrosion.
